Warranty Service
Notice to Users
Warranty Description
1. When you need to consult or repair, please contact the local importer or
after-sales service center.
2. After the warranty period, if there is any fault warranty, the service cost will be
charged. If there is any replacement part, the material cost will be charged
separately.

Thank you for using our products, we will provide you with quality after-sales
service.
1. By virtue of the valid purchase invoice or this guarantee (with warranty seal),
you can enjoy the following services provided by Haier:
(1)In case of product performance failure, the whole water purifier machine
(except the filter element) can enjoy the warranty for two years, the parts are free,
and only the service cost is charged.
(2)The warranty period shall be calculated from the invoice date of purchase for
two years.
2. The following cases are not covered by the warranty service, and the material
and service cost will be charged at discretion.
(1)Failure to follow the product specifications, manuals and other listed ways to
operate or improper use of the product.
(2)Self-installation or modification of the product resulting in failure or damage.
(3) Failure to produce a valid purchase invoice for the machine or an altered
invoice.
(4) Failure or damage due to earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon, hurricane, fire
and other irresistible factors or natural disasters and human negligence.
