Drum light

• the drum backlight turns on when a program or function is set;

• when program execution is paused, the backlight lights up when the

machine door is opened;

• the backlight automatically lights up during program execution when the

washing stage is changed;

• the backlight is always on when any button on the control panel is pressed;

• the backlight automatically turns off after 2 minutes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Your appliance is designed to give you years of service. Observe the following

instructions to maintain and protect your appliance and keep it in top operating

condition.

WARNING! Risk of electric shock hazard.

• To avoid risk of electric shock always disconnect the appliance from the

power outlet prior to cleaning.

• Never clean the appliance with a pressure washer.

Cutting off the water and electricity supplies

Turn off the water tap after every wash cycle. This will limit wear on the hydraulic

system inside the appliance and help to prevent leaks.

Unplug the appliance when cleaning it and during all maintenance work.

Cleaning the appliance’s exterior

WARNING! Risk of explosion.

• To avoid risk of explosion never clean the appliance with flammable

solvents.

Clean the appliance’s exterior surface when required as follows:

• Use hot soapy water or a mild (non-abrasive) cleaning agent.

• Rub the exterior surface of the appliance dry with a soft towel.

• Remove residue immediately.

• Do not use high pressure spray.

Cleaning the drum

Metal debris left in the drum can cause rust in the drum. Never use a steel

sponge to clean them. Do not use chlorinated cleaning agents: always follow the

manufacturer’s instructions.

After each use of the drying function, press and hold the Drying button for 3

seconds to start a separate duct cleaning program. This function allows you to

clean the dryer duct to remove fluff and lint from the clothes.
