The History of Shadow the Hedgehog
Shadow, the character who was born in 2001’s Sonic Adventure 2, is the embodiment of the ultimate rival to Sonic. Originally conceived as a
character exclusively for that game, he met a tragic end at the conclusion of the story. However, the overwhelming popularity he gained after
the game’s release brought him back in Sonic Heroes just two years later. His jet-black body represents the ambition of a dark hero, while the
red line symbolizes his unwavering determination and strong will. Spanning the modern era from games to fi lm, Shadow’s continued presence
as Sonic’s formidable rival captivates our hearts…forever fearless.

Shadow, personnage apparu pour la première fois en 2001 dans Sonic Adventure2, est l’incarnation du rival ultime de Sonic. Conçu à l’origine
comme un personnage exclusif à ce jeu, il connaît une fi n tragique au dénouement de l’histoire. Cependant, en raison de son immense
popularité après la sortie du jeu, il revient dans Sonic Heroes deux ans plus tard. Son corps noir de jais représente l’ambition d’un héros
